Mumbai moves fast. But it pauses for its mixture. Our Bambai Mixture is a celebration of the city's chaos and cohesion - a medley of sev, boondi, murmura, and fried lentils that somehow make perfect sense together.
Inspired by Irani cafes, paper cones from Churchgate vendors, and the sound of steel tins being shaken in Diwali kitchens, this mix is salty, tangy, crunchy, and deeply familiar. We've made it the Patang way - clean, fresh, and soulful. No bad oils. Just Bombay in a handful.
