No Palm Oil Snacks and Pickles

Every Patang snack and pickle is made without palm oil. Each one is made in its place of origin, using a named oil chosen for the recipe: sunflower, groundnut, mustard, gingelly (sesame) or olive oil. A few, like Dilli Gur Chana, Amdavadi Aam Chunda and Thoothukudi Pepper Cashews, use no oil at all. None of them contain preservatives.
